  Next bake for about 7 mins. Then remove from oven. Then immediately press the mellow halfs lightlycut side down onthe top ofeach cookie. Then return to the oven & bake for 1 to 2 mins more or until mellows has soften.

  Then cool for about 2 mins & remove from cookie sheet to a cooling rack. Let completely cool about 15 mins.

  Next in a 1 quart non-stick saucepan melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Make sure to stir until smooth. Then remove from the heat Then add in the whipping cream, butter & vanilla. Blend well until mixed. Then stirin the powdered sugar until smooth.

  Then spread the forsting all over each cooled cookie. Covering the marshmallow. Let the cookies stand until the frosting has set.
