honey raisin waffle cookies

Oven broken, so I decided to try out the waffle iron method, which I see mentioned quite frequently on Just A Pinch. They tasted great, but they still look like waffles. I think my husband and daughter will want to eat them for breakfast. When my oven is fixed, I'll have to try them on cookie sheets. I used extra virgin olive oil in the recipe; and you don't taste olives!
