Best cookie ever. Nutella is amazing and when you sandwich it between two Hazelnut shortbread cookies, you can't deny the indulgence. Enjoy!

Ingredients For hazelnut nutella sandwich cookies

1 cflour

2/3 csugar
-
1 1/3 chazelnut flour/meal

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

nutella as needed

1 cbutter
How To Make hazelnut nutella sandwich cookies

1Combine butter and sugar

2Add in hazelnut flour (try Bob's Red Mill -- www.bobsredmill.com)

3Mix flour, baking powder and salt

4Mix in flour mixture with butter, sugar and hazelnut mixture

5form into small balls and flatten slightly on baking sheet

6bake at 375 for 10-ish minutes until slightly brown on edge

7Cool on rack and then spread one side with Nutella and sandwich with another
