Ingredients For golden peanut butter cookies

1 cCrunchy Peanut Butter, smooth if you prefer

1/4 cUnsweetened Applesauce

2 TbspCanola Oil

3/4 cSplenda to Measure

2 TbspMolasses

1/4 cEgg Beaters, or other egg substitute

1 tspVanilla

1 cWhole Wheat Flour

3/4 cOat Flour, Old fashioned oats blended until fine

3/4 tspBaking Powder

3/4 tspBaking Soda

1/4 tspSalt

1/4 cNonfat Dry Milk Powder
How To Make golden peanut butter cookies

1Combine peanut butter down to vanilla and mix with electric mixer until well blended. Add flour mixture and beat to blend.

2Shape level tablespoon of dough into balls and arrange 1-12" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten each ball by crisscrossing with tines of fork dipped into sugar.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and let stand 2-3 minutes before removing to finish cooling.
