A wonderful couple at our church makes these for VBS every year! Last year I had the privilege to help out and make half of them! These have turn into a family fave and now I make these often. I hope your families enjoy them as much as mine does!

1 boxrits crackers (originals)

1 jarcreamy peanut butter

1 pkgchocolate almond bark

1wax paper
How To Make chocolate dipped peanut butter sandwich cookies

1Spread Peanut butter on Ritz Cracker and then put a top on it to make a craker sandwich. Don't spread it too thick or the peanut butter will seep through during dipping! After sandwiches are made, Melt the Almond Bark on very LOW heat till smooth. Stirring constantly to prevent burning! Could take 8-10 minutes. After chocolate is melted dip each cookie in the chocoalte. Use a spoon to shake off access and place on wax paper. Continue till All cookies are dipped. Dry on wax paper for about 15-20 ins till chocolate is hardened.

2Serve with a glass of milk and ENJOY! Makes about 45 sandwiches
