chocolate chip pudding cookies

This recipe was inside of the jello pudding box long time ago. I have always used chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding mix, but you could mix it up with any flavor and or change the chip flavor. They are nice and soft and yummy. The dough gets pretty thick, but just keep "astirin"!! they are worth it. hope you like them.

Ingredients For chocolate chip pudding cookies

  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    butter (softened)
  • 3/4 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 4 oz
    package instant pudding (choc or fudge flavor)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    eggs
  • 12 oz
    package semi sweet choc. chips

How To Make chocolate chip pudding cookies

  • 1
    Mix butter, sugars, pudding mix and Vanilla, add eggs. then dry ingredents.

    Drop by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet Bake 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
