I used to work in various nursing homes. The desserts were cookies sometimes. This recipes was given to me by one of my co-workers to make in a pinch. I have since used it regularly at home and at work. It makes a wonderfully tasty and tender cookie, or you can make it crispy. My personal favorite is strawberry cake with chocolate chips. m

Ingredients For box cake cookies

1 boxany flavor cake mix

1/3 cvegetable oil
-
2 or 3eggs
-
any flavor chips, sugars, candies, or sprinkles you want to use
How To Make box cake cookies

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs together. If mixture is too stiff add one extra egg. (no more than 3 all together) (oh, and be careful how much oil, that makes it spread too thin and makes a very crispy cookie.)

3Place by the Tablespoonful on ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. They will spread. (I used a very small ice scoop-1 oz to keep portions even) Add your chips,candies, or sprinkles at this point. Depending on your oven, bake for 10 t0 14 mins. Let the edges get golden brown for crispy texture.

4Cool on rack. Serve and watch them disappear very very quickly.
