When I was growing up my best friend Mishell and I, like normal kids loved cookies. When her mother made these cookies we were so excited to get 2 cookies each. 45 years later Mishell is still my best friend. These cookies are from the recipe box of her mother Diane. I think you will love them as much as I did. You mothers and grandmothers out there can make special memories for your little ones to savor just as we did over 40 years ago. Their mild spicy chocolate flavor takes me back to warm summer days.
