Ingredients For cracker brownies

3/4 cshortening

1 csugar

2 lgeggs

1 tspvanilla extract

2 1/2 ccrushed graham crackers

2 cmini marshmallows

1/4 cpeanuts,ground fine
- TOPPING

1 csemisweet chocolate chips

1/4 cpeanut butter
How To Make cracker brownies

1Lightly grease a 9-inch square pan. In the top of a double boiler, melt the shortening with the sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and beat in the eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla. Return to the heat and cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the graham crackers, marshmallows, and peanuts.

2Spread mixture evenly in the pan. Refrigerate until chilled. For the topping, Melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread over the top of brownies. Refrigerate until set.
