Until a few years ago, I had never had fondue. Now, understand, my family was a regular family -- we had the occasional fried food night. But if we were going to fry food, we were going to do it in BULK, not little bits and pieces. But I love the idea, so when I came across a couple of fondue pans at a garage sale, I decided to have a party. So I pulled out my trusty dusty (OLD - I purchased it at a garage sale, too) Better Homes and Gardens Fondue and Tabletop Cooking cookbook and found several recipes to try. This makes a nice chocolate dipping sauce, so I'm keeping it.
