You can replace the raisins with chopped dates if you prefer. You can also use creamy peanut butter instead of chunky if you wish.

Ingredients For savannah peanut fudge

  • 2/3 c
    chunky peanut butter
  • 1 1/3 c
    nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 4 Tbsp
    chopped peanuts, unsalted
  • 4 Tbsp
    raisins, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • additonal chopped peanuts for topping

How To Make savannah peanut fudge

  • 1
    Combine peanut butter, dry milk, and honey in a mixing bowl. Stir in peanuts, raisins, and oats. Mixture will be a meaty texture.

    Sprinkle mixture with water. Mix until well combined. Line a small square pan or loaf pan with foil or wax paper.

    Press the fudge into a pan. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cover. Chill for an hour.

    Remove fudge from pan and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
