I'm making candy and cookies for Christmas giving and came across this. I LOVE pineapple and decided to make it. Then I saw it needed adopting! Since I one who cannot pass up an adoption, I made it mine. There are 2 comments. One wants to know what to do after step 3. The other makes a suggestion for finishing the recipe. Soooo.....I will follow the suggestion and post pics and a review!

Ingredients For pineapple cream candy

1 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/2 cpineapple pulp and juice

1 tsplemon extract

1 tspbutter
-
12marshmallows

1 cnut meats
How To Make pineapple cream candy

1Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage.

2Add butter, remove from fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract.

3Beat until creamy.

4Pour into lightly buttered 9x13 pan, and let cool before cutting.

5Cut with knife dipped in hot water.
