peanut butter fudge

This is the easiest fudge I've ever made. It's the closest one to tasting like my grandmother's fudge. She never measures and always "forgets" to tell me an ingredient.I always put marshmallow cream and peanut butter in a bowl so it's ready to be added quickly. You could line your pan with foil leaving the edges hang over pan so you have handles to lift out of pan.I just put a cookie sheet or cutting board over top and flip over to get it out.Makes it easier to cut.
