from a Betty Crocker cookbook "Cooking with Kids" gives you an idea of the simplicity of the recipe. All of my friends love it, they say it tastes just like the fudge you get on the boardwalk in Atlantic City, Wildwood or Ocean City, New Jersey, beaches. The difference is the fudge on the boardwalk is now up to about $6 or $7 a pound!

4Another idea...Make Fanatastic Nutty Fudge: Stir 1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped nuts into melted chocolate. I also made white (vanilla) fudge and mint-chocolate chip now that was really one of my favorites. They now sell the chips in mint-chocolate flavor, when I made it I used regular chocolate chips and Andes candies, worked just as well, my Daughter found the others.
