When I was a kid we all would wait for Christmas to get a piece of Aunt Mimi's fudge. It was just so good! She never would divulge her recipe. Later, after she passed, we found it. Since it was so wonderful and she was, hands down the best cook in the family (and let me tell you mom and the other aunts were pretty good cooks) we assumed it had to be a tricky or tough recipe. Our jaws dropped! It's a snap and that just made it all the sweeter!

Ingredients For aunt mimi's fudge

  • 12 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk

How To Make aunt mimi's fudge

    Melt together. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a well greased 8x8 pan and let cool.
