I love Peanut Butter Fudge, but couldn't find a good recipe here, so i searched until i found one that was fairly quick for the holiday rush. I found this on another site. It was submitted by an user by the name of AngieH. I tried it, i love it and it's almost fail-proof. Great for the holidays, but will still be looking for a creamier, old fashioned recipe.

Ingredients For angie's peanut butter fudge

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    milk (or soy milk)
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c
    confectioner's sugar

How To Make angie's peanut butter fudge

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

    Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

    Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.

    Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8 inch dish.

    Chill until firm and cut into squares.
