The yummiest chocolate cake!!!! And I had to include the recipe for chocolate icing #1 because that's what my Mom always used.

1/4 coil

1 1/4 cwater

1 pkginstant chocolate pudding

1 pkgdevil's food cake mix

2eggs

6 ozchocolate chips
- CHOCOLATE ICING #1

6 Tbspmilk

1 stickbutter
-
1 tspvanilla

4 Tbspcocoa powder

1 boxpowdered sugar

chopped walnuts
How To Make ultimate chocolate lover's chocolate cake

1preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2pour oil into a 9 x 13 pan; tilt pan until bottom is covered with oil.

3Put remaining ingredients in pan; stir until blended.

4Scrape sides and spread batter evenly into pan.

5Bake 35-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

6For the icing: in saucepan, mix butter,milk, and cocoa. stir over low heat and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir well, then add nuts.
