I was looking for a non iced cake to make for a church a bake sale one summer. I had all the ingredients and formulated this "Somores cake ! This recipe makes 2 large cakes or you can divide it into smaller ones easlily. Every time I make this for a bake sale it sells OUT and Is really liked by adults as well as kids ! great for cover-dish, BBQs or potlucks ! Easy to transport, no refrigeration needed. Use add ins to make it extra special ! please try it and let me know how well you like it !

Ingredients For 'somemores cake or brownies

1 boxchocolate cake mix or 1 family size brownie mix (and the ingredents on box to make it )

1 boxgram crackers
-
2 lg bagmini marshmallows
- OPTIONAL ADD INS... CHOCOLET CHIPS, NUTS EITHER IN THE MIX OR AS LAYER UNDER MARSHMALLOWS
How To Make 'somemores cake or brownies

1spray 2 9x13 cake pans with cooking spray.

2layer 1 layer of gram crackers over bottom of pans

3mix chocolate cake mix (or brownie mix ) according to package directions. Divide and pour equal amounts over gram crackers.

4bake until almost done (use toothpick to test ) cover with layer of optional ingredients , top with a layer of marshmallows and cook until marshmallows are browned.

5immediately take out of oven and cover tops with gram crackers... press slightly.
