  In a big see through bowl start layering, place a small amount of cool whip in the bottom of the bowl, then a layer of cake, then a layer of pudding, another layer of cool whip, sprinkle with heath bar, repeat layers 2 more times for a total of 3 times.

  Using the whipped whipping cream top the whole thing and sprinkle with remaining heath bar crumbles.
