3 1/2 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspsalt

1 tspground nutmeg

1/4 tspground ginger

1 tspground cinnamon

1/2 tspground cloves

15 ozpumpkin puree

1 cvegetable oil
-
4eggs
-
2/3 cwater
-
1/2 craisins (or dried cranberries)

1/2 cwalnuts (chopped)
How To Make pumpkin bread ll

1Grease and flour three 7 x 3 loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the dry ingredients; flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves.

2In a separate mixing bowl, mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugars, until well blended. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture just until blended. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pans.

3Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle of loaf comes out clean.
