dark rum

How To Make pineapple upside down rum cake

1melt butter in your biggest brownie pan or deep cookie sheet and pour in a cap full of rum then stir in brown sugar

2drain pineapple rings into a separate container and arrange in sugar then place cherries inside rings

3mix cake mix as directed using rum for the oil and pineapple juice for the water

4pour over pineapple rings and bake as directed for 30 min
