  1st layer: crush the remaining cookies into small bits. It works best if you pour the into a large Ziplock bag, seal it and pound away. combine the crumbs with a stick of melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. chill 20 minutes to set the crust.

  2nd layer:(can be prepared while the first is chilling) Mix 1/2 bowl of Cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl. spread this over the chilled Oreo layer and chill it for 20 minutes.

  3rd. layer Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package directions on the box. spread this over the cream cheese layer and chill for 20 minutes.

  4th layer: Spread the remaining portion of cool whip over the pudding layer then crumble the six cookies that were set aside over the top.
