flour
2 tsp

baking powder
1 tsp

salt

orange (juiced with rind grated)
3/4 c

milk
1 1/2 c

sugar
1/4 tsp

soda
1/2 c

margarine

eggs

How To Make orange cake

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.

Add margarine, grated rind of orange, 1/4 cup unstrained orange juice plus milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and mix for additional 2 minutes.

Bake 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes for 2 eight inch layers or 30-35 minutes for one 9 x 13 pan. Test to be sure cake is done.
