Ingredients For lemon cheesecake bars

1lemon cake mix
-
1/2 csofftened butter
-
3room temperture eggs

8 ozroom temperture marscapone cheese
-
8 ozroom temperture cream cheese

1zest and juice of a lemon
-
2lemon curd
-
1tub of ready made lemon frosting
How To Make lemon cheesecake bars

1preheat oven to 350, grease 9x 13 cake pan

2mix cake mix and butter until crumbly, save out 1 cup and press the remaining in the bottom of your cake pan

3heat you lemon curd in the microwave for 30 seconds to make it easier to spread, then spread on the base of the cake

4Mix eggs, both cheeses, zest, juice of lemon and the tub of frosting, pour on top of the curd, sprinkle with the saved cake crumbs

5bake for 40-45 minutes, will be slightly golden brown around the edges
