Ingredients For hot milk cake

1 1/2 c

sugar - beat sugar and eggs for 10 min.
1 1/2 c

all purpose flour
1 tsp

baking powder
1 tsp

vanilla extract
1 c

boiling milk
1 Tbsp

oleo put in milk
TOPPING
1 can

coconut
1 c

brown sugar
6 Tbsp

milk (maybe more)
2 Tbsp

oleo
1 tsp

vanilla extract

How To Make hot milk cake

Preheat oven at 350

Mix ingredients together. Pour into greased & floured 9x9 inch cake pan.

Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

In saucepan combine ingredients for topping and stir, remove from heat but keep warm

When cake is done spread on cake and put under broiler to brown.
