This is a single serving gift in a mug. A nice Idea for anyone who needs a quick gift that is small. Good for anyone who lives alone or needs a small gift for a group of people. Prep and mic time is about 5 minutes total. Save any left over cake mix and make your own at home also

Ingredients For hot chocolate cake gift in a mug
- IN A BAGGIE MARKED CAKE MIX ADD

6 Tbspchocolate cake mix (1/4 cup)

2 pkghot cocoa mix

1/4 cpowdered sugar

How To Make hot chocolate cake gift in a mug

1Put each of the baggies in the mug and wrap in celephane and attach a tag

2Hot chocolate cake in a mug For the cake you will need 1 egg 2 Tbsp water 2 Tbsp oil For the icing you will need 1 teaspoon water (more if needed) Spray mug with nonstick spray for best results. Put dry ingredients marked cake into the mug. Crack the egg into the mug. Stir a bit after adding the egg so the cup doesn't overflow. Add water and oil. Stir until thoroughly moistened. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the mug with your spoon to avoid dry ingredients left in the bottom. Put the mug in the microwave on high and set the timer for 3 minutes As it bakes, a cylinder of cake will start to rise out of the mug. But it goes back down afterwards. Serve with icing. To make icing put contents of baggie marked icing in a small dish and mix with enough water to make it barely spreadable. It will turn to glaze on the hot cake.
