I don't normally do pretty recipes -- I'm more concerned with taste. But, having said that, it's nice to have some on hand to wow a party. I also like have a cheesecake BAR recipe. The mistake that I made was that not all decorating gels are meant to be used straight :-(.

Ingredients For holiday cheesecake presents

1 1/2 cgraham crackers crumbs

1/3 cbutter, melted

3 Tbspsugar

3 pkg(8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

3/4 csugar

1 tspvanilla

3eggs
How To Make holiday cheesecake presents

1Mix crumbs, butter, and 3 tbsp sugar; press onto bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan.

2Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Pour over crust.

3Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into bars. Decorate bars with decorating gel and sprinkles to resemble presents. Store leftover bars in refrigerator.
