This recipe came from my grandmother. She died when I was a teenager and I am happy a cousin gave me this to remember her by. I only have good memories of her and helping her in the kitchen, so this is extra special.

Ingredients For grandma mcginniss' cheese cake

24 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 csugar
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1 Tbspvanilla

5egg yolks, beaten
-
1 cheavy sweet cream (borden's eagle brand sweetened condensed)

5egg whites, stiffly beaten
- CRUST

1 3/4 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/2 cmelted butter
-
1/3 csugar
How To Make grandma mcginniss' cheese cake

1Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press into a springform pan.

2Mix first five ingredients. Mix in heavy sweet cream. Fold in egg whites. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

3Run knife around edge as soon as you take pan out of the oven. Open pan 1/2 hour later.
