Ingredients For german chocolate frosting

  • 1 stick
    stick margarine
  • 3
    slightly beaten egg yolks
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1
    cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/3 c
    coconut
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans or walnuts ( i use black walnuts

How To Make german chocolate frosting

    Combine the marg...egg yolks..vanilla...evap milk together and stir over medium heat until thickened - about 12 minutes.

    Then add the coconut and nuts

    Cool and spread on cake.
