  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp

  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vinegar

How To Make easy chocolate cupcakes

    -Preheat the oven to 350°F. -Mix wet ingredients then add the dry ingredients, mix well. -Pour the mix in the molds, bake for 15-20 minutes.
