my best friend made this for me . i loved it and watched her make it .. delicious with coffee in the morning . easy to make .

Ingredients For crumb cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • CRUMBS
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 stick
    butter or margarine

How To Make crumb cake

  • 1
    combine all ingredients in large bowl. beat with the mixer for 1 minute on low speed. then at medium speed for 2 minutes. then at high speed for 2 minutes

    use a cookie sheet that is a little bit deeper than normal. grease and flour cookie sheet. pour the batter onto the cookie sheet

    bake at 350 for 25 minutes .make sure cake is not fully baked when you very easily take it out of the oven.

    prepare crumbs while cake is baking. mix all ingredients together cut the margarine in tiny pieces with 2 knives . add to mix.

    mix with fork or better yet with your hands sprinkle crumbs easy all over the cake . place cake back IN THE OVEN FOR 15 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN. ENJOY IT WITH YOUR COFFEE!
