This was a cake that my mom made for special birthdays! It is easy as you mix it all in the pan and then bake it. I have never had one like it with such a great taste!

Ingredients For crazy cake

  • CAKE
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3/4 c
    oil
  • 2 tsp
    vinegar
  • 2 c
    cold water
  • FROSTING
  • 3
    squares of baking chocolate,unsweetened
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3 c
    powder sugar
  • 7 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    miniature marshmallows

How To Make crazy cake

    Place first 5 ingredients in ungreased 9x13 cake pan. Mix well. Make 3 holes down center of pan. Put vanilla in first hole, oil in second, and vinegar in third. Pour the 2 cups cold water over all, and fold with fork until well blended do not beat.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

    After cake cools make frosting.

    Melt chocolate squares and butter together till hot. Stir powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together then add to melted chocolate and butter. Add miniature marshmallows stir, and pour over cake DO NOT LET FROSTING COOL
