Ingredients For corn flakes brunch cake

  • 1/2 c
    corn flakes
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 2 md
    bananas
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make corn flakes brunch cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 8x8x2 inch cake pan.

    Put corn flakes and orange juice together in a bowl to soak for 5 minutes. Add the oil, egg and mashed bananas. Mix together all the remaining ingredients and slowly add and mix in well.

    Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
