coffee-orange fudge cake

This was an unexpected discovery of rich chocolate, with depth of richness from coffee liqueur, orange, and cinnamon. The sour cream makes it moist, and keeps it from being overly sweet. It doesn't need frosting. Just a light dusting of powdered sugar to finish it off and it is done! Company special, yet simple enough to be special for family dinners or just a slice with coffee while enjoying time at home. People always ask for the recipe. This is a good 'go to' recipe when you want something unique and just right. I think it came from a contest 30 years ago. Enjoy!
