1 1/2 c

oil
2 c

sugar
2 c

self-rising flour
2 1/2 tsp

cinnamon
3 c

carrots, grated
1 Tbsp

vanilla extract
1 tsp

nutmeg
1/2 tsp

allspice, ground
15 oz

applesauce, unsweetened

How To Make carrot spice cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees,Bake until you can insert toothpick and it comes out clean. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl, in a large bowl combine eggs, oil, carrots and applesauce. Blend together at medium speed, until thoroughly combined. Slowly start adding the dry ingredients, mix well until well incorporated.

Top with a cream cheese frosting, either store bought or homemade. I will leave this up to you.
