I found this recipe in a magazine while visiting relatives out of town. I made them this weekend and they are delicious and so easy to make. Nuts are optional but I put a cup of chopped pecans in them and I think they are very tasty. ENJOY!!!

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool slightly in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars while warm. (I sprinkled powdered sugar on them before cutting). I also used chopped pecans but you can use walnuts, if desired. They are also good without nuts. ENJOY!
