This is Heavenly. Angel food cake and fruit with a topping. It is a favorite dessert of mine. And as you know I like easy but yummy recipes. I found this on beliefnet which its focus is on inspiration, spirituality & faith. This is a recipe submitted by Sharon Mras from my home state of Wisconsin who's motto is: "Cooking feeds the soul when the spirit is down." She works with children and adults who are going through chemo and radiation. She is one of those unsung heroes we never hear about and I salute her and her recipe. Photo Credit: Sharon A. Mras
