  ICING: 2 eggs beaten; 1 1/2 cups sugar; 1 tablespoon flour; 1 stick butter; 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice; Combine and cook in pan till thickened. Take off heat and add 1 cup of coconut if you want. Pour immediately on cake.
