Ingredients For creamy roquefort dressing

  • 8 oz Mayonnaise type salad dressing
  • 1 Tbs Sugar
  • 1 tsp Prepared mild yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbs Grated onion
  • 1/2 lb Roquefort cheese
  • 3 or 4 Tbs Cider vinegar

How To Make creamy roquefort dressing

  • 1
    Blend salad dressing with sugar, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion. Crumble in Roquefort cheese and stir well. Mix in 3 or 4 tablespoons vinegar, depending upon how thick a dressing you want. Use to dress green salads. Dressing keeps well in the refrigerator, several days.
