1/2C Minced pimiento stuffed green olives

2Tbs Milk (or light cream)

1tsp Prepared spicy brown mustard

1Beat all ingredients with a fork until creamy, cover, and chill 2 or 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes before use.
