Ingredients For gluten free whole grain pancakes

1/2 cteff flour

1/2 cbuckwheat flour

1/2 cbob's red mill 1 to 1 all purpose gluten free flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspcream of tartar

1/4 tspsalt

1 1/2 cwhole milk kefir

3 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1 tspmaple syrup
How To Make gluten free whole grain pancakes

1Preheat nonstick skillet or griddle.

2Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

3In a 2 cup measure, mix wet ingredients.

4Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Do not beat or overmix.

5Drop onto preheated skillet and cook.
