This is so good and sooo neat to make. I just love it.I used thick French toast bread to make this.Or they call it TEXAS toast bread.I make two loafs and put them back in the frig. Then you can freeze them . Then you just toast them when you want one.The waffle iron works so great.. This is a small batch I triple mine because I all ways make more.I like to use sugar to give it that sweet taste. We like to eat them plain or Syrup..lol. They will have that sweet taste. Enjoy !!!

i used texas toast bread but you can use reg. bread.

1Mix together real good then heat your Waffle Iron . Mine took only 4 minutes to cook each batch. Every one is different I am sure.Dip your bread .. Tap egg dripping off. Pooff... cook away...These are better then waffles i think..
