grandpa young's ham rolls

Recipe by

My brother in law Steve's grandfather always made these. Every time I make them, I text my sister to tell her to keep his memory alive. These are a crowd pleaser when attending a breakfast potluck. It makes a lot so I only make them when feeding a crowd. If you live in the Midwest and have Fareway stores, you can substitute the ground ham and pork for ham loaf. If you live in Mesa, AZ, you may get ham loaf at Midwestern Meats. Finding ham loaf is a huge time saver when preparing this recipe. I hope you enjoy these as much as my family.
