Ingredients For grace's homemade sausage

2 1/2 pds ground pork. [u may mix a lil ground veal and double receipe if u like]

2 teasp sage, 1 teasp fennel

onion powder a dash med dash.small - med [if doubling receipe use large jar] jar sweet pementoes use juice

if u want it hot u may add a lil bit of a hot pepper

i like it mild

1in large mixing bowl place all ingredients. put on plastic gloves and incorperate all ingredients well

2then on wax paper roll up long ways. then wrap up in plastic wrap keeping the log shape. place infreezer if u like and bring out and cut into patties and fry up
