Ingredients For spinach bacon quiche

4eggs
-
2 cmilk
-
1 1/4 cshredded cheddar cheese, divided

1/4 cfinely chopped onion

4bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspdry mustard

1/4 tsppaprika
-
10 ozspinach, frozen, chopped, cooked and drained

1pastry shell, 9in unbaked
How To Make spinach bacon quiche

1In large bowl, beat eggs; whisk in milk, 1 cup cheese, onion, bacon, salt, mustard and paprika. Add spinach. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake @400F for 40 minutes or until knife is inserted halfway between the center and the edge comes out clean.
