1 pkgpuff pastry sheets thawed {397gr}

10 sliceside bacon or 2 cups diced cooked ham

9eggs

3green onions chopped

salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbspmilk, 2%
How To Make eggs and bacon pie

1Divide pastry in half..line a 9 inch quiche or pie plate with half the pastry...Fry the bacon until nearly crisp remove from pan and place on paper towel to absorb the fat..chop the pepper and sprinkle onto the pastry.

2Arrange one half the bacon or ham over pastry. Break 8 eggs into pie pan...Break yolks with fork DO NOT STIR WITH THE EGG WHITES. Sprinkle with onions and remaining bacon.

3Heat oven to 400F...cover the pie with the other half of the pastry..whisk together the 1 egg and milk and brush over pie..Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Serve hot or cold.
