Ingredients For breakfast sandwich to crow about

    eggs
  • 6
    wheat buns, breakfast size
  • 6 slice
    lean ham
  • butter
  • uncle gary's pepper jelly, or your fav

How To Make breakfast sandwich to crow about

    Generously spray a non stick muffin tin with spray oil. Crack an egg and place in muffin tin cups.

    Bake 425° for approx. 8 min. Time may vary from oven to oven. Once removed from oven, I used a knife and loosened around the sides, then gently slide the knife under the baked eggs and removed them.

    Next I split some breakfast size wheat buns and spread some butter on top and bottom. Then I popped them under a low broiler and toasted for about 5 min. till brown on edges.

    Next I stacked the ham and eggs, and topped it off with Uncle Gary's Pepper Jelly.
