This is one of my good to recipes, when I don't know what to make for supper or have company for breakfast.

Ingredients For apple panakoeken

  • 1/2 stick
    margarine
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    flour
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 md
    apples
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    sugar

How To Make apple panakoeken

  • 1
    Melt margarine in an 8x8 pan while preheating oven to 400. Take pan out of oven when you hear it sizzling.

    Mix together sugar and cinnamon
  • 3
    Whisk together eggs and milk, then add to flour. Whisk until smooth. And add to melted margarine.

    Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Top eggs with the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

    Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
