Ingredients For oven denver omelet

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 c. half and half cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. cooked ham, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped

How To Make oven denver omelet

  • 1
    In a bowl, beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy.
  • 2
    Stir in chesse, ham, green pepper and onion.
  • 3
    Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees.
