This is a great breakfast cereal for cleaning the intestines. It aids in weight loss too and also if you are having trouble going to the bathroom.

Ingredients For flax granola

  • 1 c
    whole flaxseeds
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • pinch
    to taste, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
  • each, raisins, nuts, dried fuits, etc. to taste
  • optional: vanilla extract

How To Make flax granola

  • 1
    Mix flaxseeds with water seasoned with cinnamon and other desired spices. Refrigerate overnight.

    Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake at 275 degrees F for 50 minutes, turning several times to dry out.

    Optional: add raisins, nuts and other dried fruits of choice in the last 10 minutes. Cool and put in an airtight container.

    You can serve 1 to 1 1/2 cups granola with either coconut milk or Rice Dream (unsweetened)
